Pooja Vidhi (Ritual Procedure)

    Confirm that the child is developmentally ready for complementary food with the pediatrician.

    Choose the family muhurta and take sankalp with the child name and birth details.

    Perform Ganesh, Kalash and family-deity worship, followed by Ayushya blessings.

    Offer freshly cooked, age-appropriate soft food to the deity first.

    A parent feeds a very small first portion under supervision, followed by blessings and prasad for adults.
