Acceptance of terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of vindhyam.in and the pooja booking, astrology consultation, temple/yatra assistance and spiritual shop services offered on it ("Services"), operated by Vindhyam. By creating an account, making a booking, or otherwise using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Nature of the services

Vindhyam coordinates pooja bookings with verified priests, astrology consultations with astrologers, and the sale of spiritual products (Rudraksha, gemstones, yantras and related items). Pooja and consultation timings are subject to priest/astrologer availability and are confirmed by our team after booking, not guaranteed at the moment of payment.

Astrology, Vedic ritual and related content on this site reflects traditional practice and is offered for informational and spiritual guidance purposes. It is not a substitute for professional medical, legal or financial advice, and Vindhyam does not guarantee specific life outcomes (such as marriage, wealth, cure of illness, or accuracy of predictions).

Account registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@vindhyam.in if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

Bookings and payments

Prices shown at the time of booking or purchase are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are payable through our payment partner, Razorpay, via the methods it supports (UPI, cards, netbanking, wallets). A booking or order is confirmed only once payment is successfully processed and you receive a confirmation from Vindhyam.

Cancellations and refunds

Cancellation and refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis. To request a cancellation or refund, contact us at support@vindhyam.in or +91 93195 88095 as early as possible before the scheduled date of your pooja, consultation, or dispatch of your shop order, and our team will confirm the applicable outcome for your specific booking. Where a pooja could not be performed due to a cause attributable to Vindhyam (for example, no priest could be arranged for the confirmed date), a full refund will be offered.

Shop orders and shipping

Product listings describe items to the best of our knowledge; minor natural variation (for example in Rudraksha beads or gemstones) is normal and does not constitute a defect. Delivery timelines communicated at checkout are estimates. If an item arrives damaged or materially different from its listing, contact us within a reasonable time at support@vindhyam.in with photographic evidence so we can resolve it.

User conduct

You agree not to misuse the Services — including attempting to interfere with their operation, submitting false booking information, or using the Services for any unlawful purpose.

Intellectual property

The Vindhyam name, logo, and the content, design and code of this website are the property of Vindhyam or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission, except as necessary to use the Services as intended.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Vindhyam's liability for any claim arising from your use of the Services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific booking or order giving rise to the claim. Vindhyam is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for outcomes of religious/astrological guidance offered in good faith.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use of the Services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
