Pooja Vidhi (Ritual Procedure)

    Choose the calendar birthday or janma-nakshatra observance and take sankalp.
  • 2
    Perform Ganesh Puja and Kalash Sthapana.
  • 3
    Worship the birth nakshatra/deities and recite Ayushya prayers as directed.
  • 4
    Conduct Ayushya Havan with the birthday person/family offering ahuti.
  • 5
    Conclude with aarti, elders’ blessings and prasad.

  • Havan kund, ghee, samidha and havan samagri
  • Roli, akshat, mauli and lamp
  • Fresh sweets/prasad
